When starting a new Analyzer session, winIDEA displays an error message, although license (or activation key) for trace is purchased.
Check in Hardware menu / CPU Options / Analyzer where Operation mode can not be selected.

According to the connected target device specifications select correct Operation mode in Hardware menu / CPU Options / Analyzer.
