Create a log file to send or view relevant winIDEA logs.
1. Open Help / Support / Log.
2. Enable suitable logs. Explanation of each log is given in the in-line help.
3. Press the Clear button which clears the recent log information.
4. Confirm by clicking OK.
Repeat the procedure if you want to investigate the logs, for instance, perform a reset if you're getting errors during reset.
