Infineon TriCore: License error 15

After trying to flash your device winIDEA displays the following error message: License error 15: These licenses are not present on FNet_1 - TC1xx/TC2xx. 

Possible solutions

Proper debug licence is required

Check if you are using or have purchased a suitable license for your device.

For example:

• You selected TC1xx or TC2xx device in winIDEA, but you have a license for TC3xx.
• You are using an Active Probe, but you have a license for Debug Adapter. 

The required license is not programmed into the Active Probe

Follow the procedure described in How to request a winIDEA license?

Wrong CPU selected

Select a correct CPU Device in Debug / Configure Session / SoCs / SoC. 

License is not present on the Active Probe, but you selected Active Probe

Open Debug / Configure Session / SoCs / SoC and select System in the Probe drop-down.
